Our mother went to the Heaven on 17 June 2005. She was
a strong believer in Jesus and left a legacy of "Believe
in Jesus whereever you go" to her children and grandchildren.
Tuesday,
21 June 2005 (Day Before the funeral service)
Our siblings
and close relatives got together with the paster who presided mom's life celebration
service next day. The pastor went over the funeral worship service and
listened to our siblings' testimonies. Danny was included to play
the violin of the Hymn 460 which was grandma's favorite at the end of the
paster's sermon.

Wednesday, 22 June 2005 (On the Funeral worship Day)
The
funeral worship service was indeed a life celebration service (click here for
the service program 1a and program
1b). The service was lead by the paster who was an elderly and retired minister
at the mom's church. Mom's and our pastors weren't present because most of Methodist pasters went to the mainland for
annual seminars. Also, the paster from my sister Michelle's
church and an elder from our church participated the service as main prayers.

recollection of mom.
